Healsgood operates solely as an intermediary services provider. We connect candidates and third-party partners through our technology platforms but do not directly employ candidates or deliver end services.
2. Definitions
“Healsgood” means Healsgood Ltd and its group entities.
“Candidate” means an individual using our services to apply for, or be matched with, opportunities.
“Partner” means third-party organisations, including employers, healthcare providers, training providers, recruiters and others, who use our services to connect with candidates.
“Services” means the websites, platforms, tools, and solutions operated by Healsgood, including but not limited to Careo.Ai, Flexzo.Ai and Flexzo Teach.
“Data” means all information you provide to us, including compliance, skills, qualifications, availability, usage data, and attendance or non-attendance data.
3. Scope of Services
Healsgood acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between candidates and partners.
We do not employ candidates, provide healthcare, deliver education, or guarantee placements.
All agreements, contracts, and outcomes are strictly between candidates and partners.
Healsgood is not responsible for verifying every detail of candidate or partner data. Responsibility rests with the parties themselves.
4. Website Use
Access to Healsgood websites is provided for lawful purposes only.
You must not use our websites in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the websites or impair their availability or accessibility.
You must not use the websites to store, host, transmit, or distribute any material which is malicious, technologically harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by Healsgood or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the websites without prior written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information or material you upload is accurate, lawful, and free from harmful code.
We do not guarantee that the websites will always be available, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the websites or reliance on information provided.
Links to third-party websites may be provided for convenience. Healsgood does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party websites or their content.
5. Eligibility and User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must not misuse our services, including unauthorised access, data scraping, or fraudulent activity.
You must not misrepresent your identity, impersonate another individual, or use another person’s data, documents, or qualifications. Any attempt to apply for roles, access opportunities, or represent yourself using false, stolen, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action.
6. Data Usage and Consent
We process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, United States federal and state privacy laws, and South Africa’s POPIA.
For United States users, we comply with: HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling protected health information. CCPA/CPRA (California) and other applicable state privacy laws.
Candidate data will only be shared with partners when explicit consent has been provided.
Candidates may withdraw consent at any time, after which their data will no longer be accessible to partners.
Usage and Attendance Data: We collect information about how you use our platforms, including logins, searches, applications, and communications with partners. Where you accept a role, assignment, shift, or training opportunity through our platforms, we may collect and process attendance or non-attendance information (for example, whether you arrived, completed, or failed to attend). This information may be shared with the relevant partner(s) for operational, compliance, and safeguarding purposes. Such data may also be used by Healsgood to monitor system performance, improve services, detect misuse, and maintain accurate records of candidate activity.

7. Third-Party Partners
Partners are independent entities and are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and offers.
Healsgood is not liable for the accuracy, quality, or legality of partner opportunities.
Candidates and partners enter into relationships entirely at their own discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, design, and software remain the property of Healsgood.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the services without our written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses
You must not: Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use another individual’s data without authorisation. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. Misuse candidate or partner data obtained via our services. Engage in any activity intended to disrupt or damage the integrity of the platforms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee placements, outcomes, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healsgood is not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms, misrepresent your identity, or engage in misuse.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
United Kingdom users: governed by the laws of England and Wales.
United Arab Emirates users: governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
United States users: governed by applicable federal law (including HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and state-level privacy laws) and the laws of the state in which Healsgood is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent federal or state courts.
South Africa users: governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
